To help prevent , you should be sure that you brush your teeth for at least three to five minutes. This may seem like a long period of time but there are many areas, nooks, and crannies for bacteria to reside and hide in your mouth.

Some toothpastes and cleaners do not really provide any sort of solution or cure for bad breath. In fact some teeth and mouth cleaners can actually have a detrimental effect. Two oral ingredients that work very well in providing solutions for bad breath causes are peroxide and baking soda.
